- Information on how to enter, conditions for redemption and use of the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- The competition will close at midnight on the 9th August 2010.
- The prize is a holiday to Kissimmee, Florida for two adults and two children.
- Online entry only. Internet access required.
- The winner will be randomly selected by an independent person from all correct entries within 21 days after the closing date. Entry into the draw is by correctly answering the three competition questions. The winner and runners up will be notified within 7 days of the draw.
- Prize includes:
- Four return economy class flights from London to Orlando, including tax
- Seven days intermediate sized car rental with Holiday Autos, collected from and returned to the Orlando Airport depot, including airport fees, extended protection, loss damage waiver (ldw), supplementary liability insurance, theft protection (tp), unlimited mileage and total damage excess waiver.
- Seven nights' accommodation on a room only basis staying in a hotel or villa in the Kissimmee area of a 3* grade or above.
- The winner and nominated companions must travel together.
- Travel must be completed by March 2011.
- The prize must be booked via ASDA Travel by October 31st 2010 at the latest.
- Entrants must be 21 years of age or over. Only one entry may be made per person and the competition is only open to residents of the UK.
- For the use of the car rental, the driver must be at least 25 years of age and have held a clean driver's license that is valid for use in Orlando, Florida for at least one year. If those requirements are not met, the car rental cannot be utilised and the winner and companions must make their own transportation arrangements. Hire of child/booster seats not included and payable locally. Cost advised at the time of booking.
- The prize is strictly subject to availability, and is non-transferable, non changeable and non-exchangeable for equivalent cash value.
- Any alternative travel arrangements made by the winner would be at the winner's expense.
- The winner is solely responsible for travel to and from the UK airport, and any other travel outside the prize holiday. The winner and their guest(s) are also responsible for any medical insurance, plus all other expenses including meals, refreshments, spending money, theme park entrance fees (other than those stated), optional activities in Florida, fuel, car hire top-up insurance, taxes and any other incidental expenses.
- Transfers to onward destinations are not the responsibility of the promoter.
- The promoter is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of any element of the prize or for any inability of the prize winner or their guests to take up the prize.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the partners in this promotion accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury caused by, or to, the prize winner or their guests whilst taking the prize.
- Winners accept the prize at their own risk.
- The winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from the award of the prize.
- If the winner cannot be located within 21 days of the drawing of the prize, then the first drawn runner up from the draw will be selected as the new winner and a new runner up will be selected at random from the remaining correct entries.
- Events may occur that render the prize draw itself, or the awarding of the prize impossible, due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and accordingly, the promoter may, at its absolute discretion, vary, or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the promoter as a result thereof.
- The draw is not open to employees, agents, contractors of P&P Associates or ASDA, including their families or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw.
- The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect e-mail addresses or for problems with entries caused by any factors outside their control.

- Prizes are subject to availability and in the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
