Hotel Description

This beach apartment complex, with a cosy atmosphere, has 4 buildings with 24 floors each with 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. There are 2 lifts in each building. A free car park also features (subject to availability).

Location Description

This apartment complex is located just 700 metres from Levante beach and 1 km from the city centre, as well as the old town. Links to the public transport network lie about 100 m away, along with a variety of shopping and entertainment venues, such as boutiques, bars, nightclubs and restaurants. The old quarter of Casco Antiguo, San Jaime Church, as well as the wonderful Aigüera and Elche parks, are also worth seeing. Terra Mitica theme park should also not be missed out of visitors' sightseeing programme. Alicante El Altet Airport is roughly 65 km from the hotel.

Room Description

The apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds. In addition to a fully equipped bathroom bathroom, the apartments feature a kitchen with vitroceramic hobs, an electric oven, fridge, coffee/tea pot, iron and utensils. In the dining/living room there is a sofa bed, furniture, hire safe, heating and a television (with charge). Apartments also have a terrace, some of which are glass covered.

Sport Description

The complex has outdoor swimming pool for adults and children's pool and a sun terrace. The pool is open from the 15th of June to the 15th of September, depending on the weather.
