Hotel Description

This apartment hotel with a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere comprises 11 floors and a total of 42 two bedroom apartments. It has a lobby with 2 lifts, a reception area open from 9 am to 1 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm (notification is requested if arriving outside of these times) and a porter on site 24 hours a day. An interior snack bar is additionally on offer, as well as a pool bar open during the summer months, a mini market for daily shopping and a games room with an Internet access point (local charge). On the top floor there are washing machines (coin-operated) for client use. For those arriving by car there is a car park free of charge (limited availability).

Location Description

The apartments are situated in the Rincon de Loix area in Benidorm, just 400 away from the Levante sandy beach and close to the lively resort centre, where many shops, bars and restaurants can be found. The property is situated on a hill, so it may not be suitable for those with restricted mobility.

Room Description

All the apartments have a balcony and are suitable for up to 6 persons. All are equipped with two double bedrooms with 2 single beds each. The accommodation units also come with bathroom and equipped kitchen with electric cooking rings, fridge, coffee maker and toaster, as well as all basic cooking utensils as standard. Furthermore, there is a sofa bed for 2 in the living room and a TV with international channels (coin-operated).

Sport Description

The complex offers a small freeform swimming pool with a children's section and free sun beds and parasols for client use. There is also an enjoyable poolside snack bar with TV where guests can relax. The nearest golf course is 3 km away.
