Hotel Description

This apartment hotel with a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere has 12 floors and a total of 36 one-bedroom apartments. It has a lobby with 2 lifts, a reception area open from 9 am to 1 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm (notification is requested if arriving outside of these times) and a porter on site 24 hours a day. It offers a snack bar where guests can have a drink whilst enjoying the swimming pool. For those arriving by car there is a car park free of charge (limited availability).

Location Description

The apartments are situated in the Rincon de Loix area in Benidorm, just 600 m away from the Levante sandy beach and close to the lively resort centre, where many shops, bars and restaurants can be found. The property is situated on a hill, so it may not be suitable for those with restricted mobility.

Room Description

All the apartments have a balcony and are suitable for up to 4 persons. All are equipped with a double bedroom with 2 single beds and a sofa bed for 2 in the living room. All of them come with bathroom and equipped kitchen with vitro ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, as well as all basic cooking utensils as standard. Also, there is TV with international channels (coin-operated).

Sport Description

The complex offers a freeform swimming pool with a children's section and free sun beds and parasols for the client use. The nearest golf course is 3 km away.
