All the apartments have a small separate fully equipped kitchen with , microwave, fridge, coffee pot and utensils. The apartments have a fully equipped bathroom with hairdryer, telephone, satellite television, heating and individual air conditioning free of charge, a safety deposit box (direct payment) and all with a terrace. The apartments are furnished with two beds in the bedroom and adouble sofa-bed in the living room. The studios are furnished with two sofa-beds, one double and the other one single.
