The apartments are well equipped for either a short summer stay to enjoy the attractions of Benidorm or a longer winter break. All have satelite TV, fully equipped kitchenette, full bathroom, large balcony and are south facing (for the sun). The block has a part time reception and a pool with surrounding sun terrace. There is a refundable breakage deposit on arrival of €150. Hotelier does not accept either stag or hen parties (or single sex groups) and retains the right to refuse any bookings of more than 4 rooms (whether booked together or seperately).
