Situated in the rincon de loix area of benidorm, the property is on a sloping hill with the Levante beach just 850 metres away and the centre of the resort approx. 500 metres away.
These apartments are not suitable for the elderly or infirm due to their elevated position in resort. Transfer dificulty as coaches cannot access the property, so guests walk 50 metres to the entrance.
Televisions are available to use with coins and various english channels.
Key collection from 09:00hrs until 13:00hrs and 16:00hrs until 20:00hrs in the apartments (porter). For arrivals outside of these times, keys are collected from the Buenavista Apartments in Calle Ciudad Real (next to Levante Club Hotel)Deposit to be paid on arrival (between 60 euros and 150 euros). Please inform clients about the name of accommodation and key collection information to avoid problems on arrival.

The apartments are basic but clean and spacious. All have a furnished balcony, en suite bathroom and kitchenette (from 01/02/2012, apartments will be equipped with a microwave & toaster). Televisions (rental/coin operated) are available and they do have English speaking channels.
The property has its own pool where guests can enjoy the weather, complete with sun terrace and sunloungers.
There is a reception where guests can get information or assistance if they need, which is open limited hours. Key collection is from 09:00hrs until 13:00hrs and 16:00hrs until 20:00hrs in the apartments. For arrivals outside of these times, keys are collected from the Buenavista Apartments in Calle Ciudad Real (next to Levante Club Hotel). A refunadable breakage deposit to be paid on arrival (150 euros).
