The San Francisco Apartments feature 1 & 2- bedroom apartments for 4 or 6 persons spread across two residential blocks with complete bathroom, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, electric heating in winter, safety deposit box (for rent), TV (for rent), bed linen 1 per week, towel change 2 per week, terrace with table and chairs. The apartments are situated quite near to one of the main roads into Benidorm so do have the potential to be noisy during busy periods. Rooms are cleaned for arrival and extra cleaning or linen change can be requested from the Fincas Arena offices downstairs at an extra charge. Cot payable locally. 3 Euros per day.

Deposit of 60.00 Euros in Winter and 150.00 Euros in Summer payable when collecting keys, refunded after checking for loss or damage at the end of the stay. Please note there is no reception in the apartments, guests seeking assistance of a reception should go to the FINCAS ARENAS offices next to the main gate entrance during office hours. Situated in the San Francisco Apartments building (located in Av. Europa 23 telephone 0034 965 8525 12 ) . In case the office is closed guests will find an indication where to pick up the keys in the late evenings and weekends this will usually be from the Hotel Madeira Centro located on Calle del Esperanto 1 (Telephone 0034 965 854 950).
