The hotel offers a choice of restaurants to provide a range of dining experiences. El Olivo is the gourmet restaurant open for lunch and dinner. In summer guests can enjoy the stunning terrace overlooking the mountains and village of Deia, one of the most famous views on the island. The menu in this restaurant is gourmet Mediterranean cuisine with a variety of local dishes. Dining in El Olivo is a real occasion and the traditional décor lends a classic and romantic feel. Suite

The hotel has a selection of suites available and prices vary depending on the individual suite selected. Junior suites are furnished with antique Mallorquin furniture with four poster beds. They have a sitting room and some have private balcony, terrace or garden. Luxury suites are all individually designed and the fixtures, fittings and facilities vary but they have all been sympathetically designed in keeping with the character of the estate and provide guests with the last word in luxury and comfort

Directions

From the airport follow the signs to Palma and just before you get to the city you will see exit signs for the \"Via de Cintura\" which you must take. Stay on this road until you see and exit sign for \"Valldemossa\" which you should take. Head towards Valldemossa. The road climbs towards the mountains. When you get to the mountain village of Valldemossa you pass straight through and after leaving the village you will see a right hand turn to \"DEIA\". Take this road which winds along the coast offering spectacular views, and you will come to the small village of Deià. Drive through the centre of the village and you will see a sign for the hotel on the stone wall at the right hand side of the road. It is a very sharp turn right up the hill to the hotel entrance.

Guests can use the sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and indoor pool. The spa also offers a very wide range of treatments which can be booked and paid for locally. Some of the treatment rooms have patios so that guests can have their treatment outdoors overlooking the village and stunning countryside
