The modern looking Luxor is perfectly situated close to all the shops, bars and restaurants within the vicinity. The old town is also a must and weather it is business or pleasure the Luxor certainly delivers so far as the location is concerned. A simple hotel, the bright and recently refurbished reception offers a coffee bar and small lounge area. Rooms span over 5 floors and offer clean and pleasantly well appointed rooms in rich warming tones with recently added flat screens TV's and a mini-bar. Friendly and charming, the hotel is a good all round value for money choice.

The tram directly outside the hotel is line No11 which has one of the best city centre route connections operating to the city centre and to the main train station direct. The bus which also stops 100m from the hotel (No14) is in the old town in just one stop.

Jewish quarter and cemetery where the remembrance hall lists over 5,000 names, Jewish museum, City Cathedral, City hall and famous Rosenburg Square, "Zeil" shopping district / city centre where you can find all the main shopping and malls, riverside "Museum Quarter" zoo and on Saturday between 8am - 2pm there is the famous flea market where you will find lots going amidst a great buzz!
