There is a new shopping centre "Arcades" located by the hotel which features 150 shops as well as cafes and restaurants. The hotel has undergone refurbishment including the excellent Top Deck Health & Fitness Centre with a swimming pool offering amazing panoramic view over the city. Large lobby area with bar, shops and restaurants. Bedrooms are traditional, slightly dated in design but comfortable and all are with bath and shower. Breakfast is taken in the hotel's Restaurant Mezzo.
