Opened in 2002, this hotel is in a good location, only 5 minutes walk from Wenceslas Square. It is a small, intimate hotel, like the locandas found in Venice, where the owners originate from. The reception and a small lounge area are on the ground floor and there is a breakfast room in the basement level. Bedrooms at the Venezia Hotel Prague are on the 6th floor of the building (lift up to the 5th floor). They are comfortable with parquet flooring and wooden furniture. Although officially a 3 star, we feel that this is more a hotel for travellers on a budget.
