We all value our holidays whether it is a city break, family or romantic beach holiday or the adventure of a life-time. With this in mind and whilst already offering great value holidays, Asda Travel has a holiday deposit scheme to help you spread the cost.

Flight & Hotel Deposit in 3 steps:

Book a minimum of 5 weeks in advance.
Pay for your flight in full and only £20 deposit on your hotel.
Pay the remainder of the balance 4 weeks before you go!

Hotel Only in 3 steps:

Book a minimum of 5 weeks in advance.
Pay only 30% deposit.
Pay the remainder of the balance 4 weeks before you go!

Terms & Conditions
  • Where your travel dates are 5 weeks (35 days) or more after you book we may offer the facility to pay a deposit towards your trip with the balance due at an agreed later date.
  • There are deposit restrictions on each individual element of any trip booked and you will be required to pay the full cost of any transfers booked along with the full cost of any flights if a low cost or scheduled carrier is used. 
  • The full cost cost of charter flights and £20 of the accommodation cost can be paid as a deposit.
  • As we use a variety of different suppliers the deposit amounts can vary and will be advised to you at the time of making your booking online or by one of our sales advisors when booking over the phone. 
  • Deposit will not be offered on properties that have non-refundable rooms.  Non-refundable rooms will be advised to you at the time of making your booking online or by one of our sales advisors when booking over the phone. 
  • Deposit payments are non-refundable in the event of client cancellation or cancellation by us due to non-payment of balance. 
  • The final balance payment of your trip is required a minimum of 4 weeks (28 days) prior to your departure date depending on the supplier and the deadline will be advised to you at the time of booking. 
  • Failure to pay on time will lead to cancellation of your holiday without further notice and loss of any money paid. 
  • Variations to our deposit policy will apply to any booking, which includes a cruise (where applicable), as individual cruise line policies will apply to any deposit and balance payments due. These will be advised to you at the time of making a cruise booking with us.
